We’ll schedule a one-on-one Zoom consultation where we discuss your style preferences, session details, and everything you need to feel fully prepared—from wardrobe to props and posing. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have.

During your consultation call we will work with you to find the perfect appointment date for your session.
Your invoice for your session fee will be sent to your email. Session fee is due upon booking.
During your session, we focus on capturing most precious details. Our expertise in safety, posing and lighting ensures that every image reflects the beauty of your newborn. Whether you choose to include your partner or older children or embrace your newborn, we make sure that every moment is filled with beauty and warmth to make your session amazing.
3. Your Portrait Session
Once your portraits are ready, to be viewed, usually within the next 1-3 days, we schedule a special reveal session where you can view your images and select your favorite prints and artwork. We offer a variety of family heirlooms high quality products to beautifully preserve your maternity portraits for generations.
After your viewing appointment, I carefully edit your selected images into high-quality fine art portraits and order your products. Your finished artwork and portrait packages will be ready for pick-up within 3-5 weeks.

At Anne Holzem Photography, we believe in providing a luxury photography experience that results in breathtaking, heirloom-quality portraits. Our pricing is designed to give you flexibility while ensuring that you receive the highest level of artistry and service.
The session fee covers your personalized consultation, access to our gorgeous variety on dresses and props, the studio experience, and your professional photography session. This fee secures your date and time and is required upon booking. Session fee does not include digitals/products.
After your session, you will have the opportunity to select from a range of fine art portrait collections. Our packages have options for prints, albums and wall art designed to beautifully preserve your maternity journey.
Every image is carefully edited to fine art standards, ensuring that your memories are transformed into timeless pieces you will cherish forever.

A: We provide everything you need for your newborn session, including luxurious props and beautiful outfits. Our studio is fully equipped with a wide range of carefully selected, soft wraps, hats, blankets, and props—designed to create a timeless, elegant look that complements your baby’s natural beauty. We understand that these early moments are precious, so we ensure that every detail of your session is taken care of, from coordinating the perfect wardrobe to choosing delicate, handcrafted props that will enhance the overall aesthetic of your portraits.
Q: When to take Newborn pictures?
A: The ideal time for newborn portraits is between 5 and 14 days old. During this window, babies are typically still very sleepy, allowing us to capture those peaceful, curled-up poses that are so iconic in newborn photography. Additionally, newborns are more flexible at this age, which makes posing them comfortably easier.
While it’s best to schedule your session during pregnancy to secure a spot, we can still create beautiful portraits a little later on, when your baby is a few weeks older.
Q: how far in advance should i book my session?
A: To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking your newborn session with us at least 6–8 weeks in advance. This allows us to reserve your preferred date and thoughtfully plan every detail of your session together.

A: A newborn session typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows plenty of time to capture a variety of poses, including solo shots of your baby, family portraits, and sibling moments. The session is relaxed, giving your baby time to rest, be fed, and enjoy some cuddle time between poses.
We never rush the process, ensuring that we create beautiful, timeless portraits while keeping your baby comfortable and safe throughout the session.
